What Does Neteller Account Verification Need?

  • – Neteller verification only takes about 5-10 minutes and you need to prepare:

  • – ID card / citizen identity card (or passport, driver’s license).

  • A selfie with no hat, no glasses, a clear face and a handwritten note (Neteller, month/day/year. you upload the verification document).

  • – You can verify your address sharing location (Geolocation) with Neteller. Visit the Neteller verification page

After logging in to your account at address: http://member.neteller.com

Go to (Settings> Account verification> Verify now) You will be taken to the account verification page.

Verify the identity (Verify ID) with Neteller

For accounts registered with Our Link will have the function to verify your account without deposit fund to account requirement, so please click Upload photos to continue using this verification method.

Here, you can also choose Verify with Facebook to share your FB profile with Neteller (which reduces some verification steps).

First, choose the issuing country and the type of documents you want to upload to verify your identity (Passport, ID / Identification card, Driver’s License). Here I use ID so I will upload it on the front and back in the next step.

Upload to the front of ID card /Identity.

Continue to upload the back of your ID /Identification card.

(If you choose to upload Passport you only need the page with the photo, seal and signature of the issuing agency).

After uploading ID verification documents, you need to provide a selfie. Please use the phone / webcam to take a photo of you. Please make sure your face is close enough so the system will take your photo automatically

Verify Address (Verify Address) with Neteller

At this step, Neteller offers users two ways to do it:

1. Geolocation: Open browser locator, so Neteller can authenticate your address instantly. 2. Upload Address Document: Send papers to verify the address. Use your phone to take a picture of documents first, then upload and wait for Neteller to verify.

Once you’ve completed all the verification steps, Neteller will display the Summary page – where you can track the status of your verification steps. Neteller will check then verify within 24 working hours and notify you by email when the verification process is complete.
